The Wynne Arkansas Public School System - The population of Wynne School District 1 is an estimated 12,500. From this population, approximately 3,100 students are enrolled in grades K-12. Students, faculty, and community patrons generally perceive the school climate to be conducive to the educational objectives for which it functions. The Wynne School District has four campuses. The Primary, Intermediate, Junior High, and High School buildings are located near the geographical center of the conununity. All campuses are easily accessible from anywhere in the community.
A financial commitment has been made to provide buildings and classrooms with up-todate technology. Computer labs are located on each campus with a ratio of one computer for every four students. Libraries are automated. Every teacher in grades K-12 has at least one computer in the classroom.
A parent Coordinator is available to all schools to assist parents with their involvement with their child’s education.
Wynne Primary School - The Primary building contains grades K-2. Curriculum highlights on this campus include:

Wynne Junior High School - The Wynne Junior High, which is an SREB school, serves grades 6-8. Components of the Middle School Concept implemented on this campus include:

Wynne High School - Grades 9-12 are at the High School campus. The High School curriculum features both College Prep and Tech Prep programs ofstudy. College Prep curriculum includes Advanced Placement courses and honors courses in the four primaiy academic areas, as well as diverse electives. The Tech Prep program provides an opportunity for high school students to earn college credits, at no cost, while in high school. These programs~of study include:
